BUILDING A SCALABLE
OIL DERIVATIVES INTEGRATED PLATFORM

BN Agrochem’s strategic proposition is based on integration, diversification of value pools and disciplined progression across the agri-oils chain. The operating model is intended to combine the scale and market relevance of essential agricultural and edible-oil products with the higher-value potential of ingredients, specialty derivatives, consumer products and bio-based applications.

Operating foundation –

Existing participation in edible oils and related agri-oil products provides commercial relationships, market intelligence and a base from which to integrate adjacent value pools.

Merger-led consolidation –

The proposed amalgamation is intended to unify related operations and improve procurement, inventory, facility utilisation, customer approach, working capital and cash-flow management.

Downstream value addition through Epitome –

The strategic investment in Epitome provides a pathway into oleochemicals, speciality ingredients and other value-added oil-derived products.

Multiple products from related feedstocks –

The integrated model seeks to convert common feedstocks into edible oils, co-products, ingredients, derivatives, bio-based products and consumer offerings, broadening monetisation opportunities.

Upstream optionality –

Long-term origin-linked sourcing and plantation opportunities can be evaluated to strengthen feedstock security and deepen integration, subject to commercial and capital discipline.

Institutionalisation for scale –

A more integrated operating structure, stronger reporting and disciplined capital allocation are intended to support the Company’s ability to engage with banks, institutional investors and strategic partners as it grows.

“One value chain. Multiple value streams.
Greater value addition. Deeper consumer engagement.”
